Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon ION cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 30 g ION chocolate drops
Method
Cut the bananas into slices and place them in food bags.
Place them in the freezer for at least 1 hour to freeze.
Place them in the freezer for at least 1 hour to freeze.
Once the bananas are frozen, place them in a food processor, along with the cacao and honey.
Puree in the food processor until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a bowl and add the chocolate drops.
Stir with a spatula to get the drops everywhere and cover the ice cream with plastic wrap.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
