- 300 g icing sugar
- 50 g ION cocoa powder
- 3 medium egg whites
In a large bowl, mix the cocoa powder and sugar.
Add the egg whites and continue mixing until completely homogenized.
Then, line a baking pan with parrchment paper. Using a tablespoon, take a quantity of the mixture and place it on the baking pan.
Continue the same process, leaving a large gap between them, as they spread a lot while baking.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C fan for 10 minutes.
