Ingredients
- 200 g ION Patisserie classic couverture
- 200 g whole milk yogurt
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optionally)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optionally)
Method
Finely chop the couverture into small pieces, and place them in a bowl.
Then, in a coffee pot, heat the milk (at this stage of the recipe add the spices) until it comes to a boil. Pour the milk into the bowl with couverture pieces.
Wait for 1 minute and right after, stir the mixture with a mariz from the middle to the edges until it forms into a glossy ganache.
Finally, add the yogurt and gently whisk it until completely homogenized.
Transfer the mixture into bowls of your preference, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with grated chocolate, nuts, or even with spoon-sweet.
