Ingredients
- 500 ml 36% ARLA heavy cream
- 1 sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g cookies of your preference
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, with the whisk attachment, mix the heavy cream on medium speed until a light whipped cream forms.
While mixing, gradually pour the cold sweetened condensed milk into the mixer’s bowl.
After adding all of the sweetened condensed milk, continue mixing for one more minute.
Finally, remove the bowl from the mixer, cut the cookies into pieces and then add them into the mixture.
Mix well with a spatula. Right after, transfer the mixture to a rectangular cake pan and cover with plastic wrap that touches it.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
