Ingredients
- 125 gr. Classic couverture ION
- 125 gr. White chocolate ION
- 125 gr. Berries
Method
Melt the chocolates separately using two different bains- marie.
Once melted, remove them from the heat.
Using two forks, dip the berries one by one into the melted white chocolate and place
them on parchment paper.
Allow them to dry.
Repeat the same process with the classic couverture chocolate.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
