- 125 g ION classic couverture
- 1 medium banana
- 5 rice cakes
Place the couverture in a bowl, and melt it over a bain-marie.
Remove the bowl of melted couverture from the heat and add the banana.
Mash with a hand blender until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Next, crush the rice cakes and add them to the chocolate mixture.
Mix well until completely combined.
Cover a plate with parchment paper and with the help of 2 spoons, take the desired amount of the mixture and place it on a plate.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Store in an airtight bowl in the refrigerator.
