Ingredients
- 500 ml fresh milk
- 100 g sugar
- 10 g gelatine leaves
- Optional 1 vanilla vial
Method
In a bowl with iced water and ice, soak the gelatine leaves.
In a small saucepan, add about half of the milk and sugar (add vanilla optionally), and heat until the sugar dissolves, while stirring with a whisk constanty.
Right after, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the softened gelatins, whisking well until melted.
Add the rest of the milk and stir well.
Divide into molds of your preference and refrigerate until frozen.
