Ingredients
- 500 ml Full fat heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 250 gr. Classic couverture ION
Method
In a bain-marie, melt the couverture.
In the mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a whisk attachment until it forms a
light whipped cream.
Continue mixing for another minute, then add the chilled sweetened condensed milk.
Finally, take the melted couverture and, using a spatula, create irregular patterns
within the whipped cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and place it in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
