Ingredients for the base

  • 500 gr. Ground chicken breast
  • 1 Medium egg
  • 100 gr. Grated protein cheese ARLA
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Ingredients for the pizza

  • 12 slices of protein cheese ARLA
  • 4-5 Slices of smoked turkey
  • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • Peppers

 

Method for the base
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180C, in air mode, for about 20 minutes.

As soon as we remove the base from the oven, flip it over inside the baking tray.

 

Pizza Assembly
Once we have flipped the pizza base, spread tomato sauce evenly over the base.

Next, layer with cheese.

Over the cheese, arrange slices of smoked turkey.

Finally, spread another layer of Arla protein cheese on top of the turkey and add some pieces
of pepper.

Bake for another 10 minutes at 170C in air mode.
