Ingredients
- 2 Medium red apples
- 1 Medium banana
- 120 ml water
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Medium eggs
- 120 gr. Oats
- 100 gr. Raisins
- 125 gr. White chocolate ION
Method
In a large bowl, combine the apples, banana, water, and baking powder, then blend
using a hand blender until smooth.
Add the cinnamon and eggs and whisk with a wire whisk until well combined.
Next, add the oats and raisins, and mix with a spatula.
Finally, finely chop the white chocolate and fold it into the mixture, stirring one last
time.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in a
preheated oven at 170-180C, in air mode, for approximately half an hour.
