- 3 ripe medium bananas
- 100 ml seed oil
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 200 g peanut butter
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g honey
- 2 medium eggs
- 150 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
In a large bowl, combine the bananas, peanut butter, honey, eggs, seed oil and sugar, and mash with a hand blender.
Next, add the flour and mix with a spatula.
Finally, cut the couverture into small pieces, and then add them into the mixture.
Then, line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 45 minutes.
