Ingredients
- 125 g ION milk couverture
- 200 ml whole milk
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g self-rising flour
- 100 ml seed oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Method
In a large bowl, add the bananas, eggs, milk, seed oil, sugar and spices and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Right after, add the flour and mix with a mariz.
Finally, cut the chocolate into pieces and add to the mixture.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, and then pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 30 minutes.
