- 500 ml full-fat fresh milk
- 80 gr. sugar
- 50 gr.cornflour
- 125 gr. ION classic chocolate
- 100 gr. cow's butter
- 225 gr. Petit Beurre biscuits
- 30 ml cognac
- 300 ml full-fat cream
- 50 gr.powdered sugar
In a small saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cornflour.
Stir with a hand whisk until it thickens and becomes a creamy mixture.
Once it thickens, add the butter and chocolate, and stir until you have a
homogeneous chocolate cream.
In a bowl, break the Petit Beurre biscuits and sprinkle them with cognac.
Pour the biscuits into the saucepan with the cream and mix well with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with non-stick paper, spreading it evenly.
Place it in the refrigerator to cool slightly.
Method For garnish
Whip the cream with powdered sugar in a mixer until it forms a whipped cream
After the dessert has cooled, spread the whipped cream on top and place it in the
refrigerator for at least another half hour.
