Ingredients for the bars
- 450gr. Peanut butter
- 250gr. Honey
- 380gr. Oats flakes
- 100gr. Cranberries
Ingredients for the topping
- 125gr. White chocolate ION
- 50gr. Peanut butter
- A few cranberries
Method for the bars
In a bain-marie , combine the peanut butter with the honey and mix until the mixture is
homogeneous.
Immediately after, transfer the mixture into a large bowl and add the oats flakes with the
cranberries.
Mix well with your hands until a dough forms.
Immediately after, spread the mixture into a long cake pan lined with parchment paper.
Method for the topping
In a bain-marie, place the white chocolate together with the peanut butter and mix with a
spatula until the mixture is homogeneous.
Immediately after, spread it over the mixture for our bars and finally garnish with a few
cranberries.
Place in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets, then cut into bars of desired size.
