Ingredients
- 300 ml fresh full-fat milk
- 260 gr. self-rising flour
- 1 package Arla mozzarella
- 1 package Arla pasta gratin
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
In a large bowl, mix the milk, self-rising flour, salt, and pepper with a whisk until you
have a smooth mixture.
Immediately after, add your cheeses and mix everything with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with non-stick paper and spread the dough
to a thickness of about 1 1/2 centimeters.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C, in a convection setting, for approximately 30
minutes.
