Ingredients
- 180gr. crushed biscuits of your choice
- 110gr. cream cheese
- 90gr. powdered sugar
- 250gr. white couverture chocolate ION
- Fruit preserves for spoon-sweet (cherry or sour cherry)
Method
In a large bowl, mix well the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the finely crushed biscuits.
Once the mixture forms a dough-like consistency, take a small amount in your hand, and
flatten it to cover your palm.
Place a cherry in the center of the dough, and carefully cover it with the excess dough.
Place the truffles in the refrigerator while preparing the chocolate.
In a bain-marie, melt 200gr. of white chocolate.
Next, finely chop the remaining 50gr. of white chocolate.
Once the 200gr. of chocolate has melted in the bain-marie , remove it from the heat and add
the previously chopped 50gr. Stir with a spatula until completely melted.
Immediately after, take the truffles out of the refrigerator. Using two forks, dip each truffle
into the melted white chocolate and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
Finally, place the truffles in the refrigerator until they are set.
