Ingredients

  • 260 gr. oats
  • 300 gr. peanut butter
  • 140 gr. honey

Ingredients for the topping

  • 50 gr. peanut butter
  • 125 gr. ION classic couverture chocolate

 

Method
In a double boiler, gently heat the peanut butter and honey, stirring with a spatula.

Once the mixture is homogeneous, remove it from the heat and add the oats,
stirring well.

Spread the mixture into a 15×15 square tray and place it in the refrigerator while you
prepare the topping.

 

Method for the topping
In a double boiler, melt the couverture chocolate along with the peanut butter,
stirring with a spatula until the mixture is smooth.

Immediately after, take the tray from the refrigerator and evenly spread the
chocolate mixture on top of the oat mixture.

Place it in the refrigerator until the chocolate topping hardens, and then cut it into
pieces.
