Chocolate Bars with Dates and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 250 gr. classic couverture chocolate ΙΟΝ
  • 200 gr. royal dates
  • 200 gr. peanut butter

 

Method
In a bain-marie, melt our couverture chocolate.

Next, remove the pits from the dates and split them in half. Place them on parchment paper,
side by side, in three rows, creating a rectangle.

Cover the top side of the dates with another piece of parchment paper and use a roller to spread
them as much as possible.

Immediately after, remove the top parchment paper and evenly spread the peanut butter over
the dates.

Finally, once our couverture chocolate is melted, we spread it evenly over the peanut butter.
Place it in the refrigerator until the chocolate coating solidifies, then cut into pieces of the
desired size.

Store in the refrigerator.
