Ingredients
- 250 gr. classic ION chocolate couverture
- 100 ml heavy cream (35% fat)
- 200 gr. boiled chestnuts
Method
In a bain-marie, combine the couverture chocolate with the heavy cream and mix with a spatula
until it forms a glossy ganache.
Immediately after, pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the boiled chestnuts.
Next, use an immersion blender to homogenize the mixture (optionally, you can combine all the
ingredients in a food processor).
Your spread is ready.
