Ingredients
- 250 gr. Cow butter
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 30 ml Cognac
- 40 gr. Cocoa powder
- 450 gr. Filled biscuits of your choice.
Method
In a large saucepan, combine the butter, sweetened condensed milk, cognac, and
cocoa powder.
Stir with a whisk over medium heat until the mixture is well combined, and the butter
is completely melted.
In a large bowl, break the biscuits into irregular pieces.
Pour the cocoa mixture over the biscuits and stir with a spatula until the mixture is
well combined.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread it out
evenly.
Place the dish in the freezer for at least one hour.
