Ingredients
- 250 gr. classic ION chocolate coverture
- 200 gr. candied chestnuts
Method
In a bain-marie , melt 200 gr. of our chocolate.
Once melted, remove it from the heat and add the remaining 50 gr. that you’ve
previously chopped into pieces.
Next, stir with a spatula until the chocolate is fully melted.
Finally, using two forks, dip each chestnut into the melted chocolate and
immediately place them on non-stick paper.
Garnish with whatever you like.
