Ingredients
- 300gr. strained yogurt
- 200ml olive oil
- 3 medium eggs
- 150ml fresh full fat milk
- 300g anevato cheese from Grevena
- 300gr. Self- rising flour
- 300g smoked lamb
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds
Method
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, eggs, milk, and the anevato cheese.
Mix well with a whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Add the flour, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
Finally, add the smoked lamb, cut into small pieces beforehand.
Mix with a spatula, and pour the mixture into a 24-inch baking dish lined with
parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C, on air mode,
for about 45 minutes.
