Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 125 g Lurpak cow milk butter
- 50 g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, using the paddle attachment, mix the butter, icing sugar and cinnamon on medium speed.
Once the butter is fluffy, add the flour and mix until it becomes a soft dough.
Then, place the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll out a 3-4 mm thick sheet.
With a cookie cutter, make cookies in the shape of your preference and carefully place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Optionally, sprinkle the cookies with granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 10 minutes.
