Ingredients
  • Karamanlidika pastirma
  • Xanthi cheese
  • Tomato
  • Yufka pastry sheets
Method
Open a pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal triangles.
Place a piece of Xanthi cheese, 2 pieces of pastirma, and a small amount of tomato on the wide side of each triangle.
Roll them up to form a parcel.
Cook in a hot non-stick pan until the pastry sheet turns golden brown on both sides.
