Ingredients
- 250 g classic couverture
- 1 teaspoon or 1/2 tablespoon Pure Natural coconut oil
- Pure Natural dates
- Pure Natural peanut butter
Method
Over a bain-marie, melt the chocolate couverture and add the coconut oil, stirring with a spatula.
Score the dates in half and remove the pits and stems.
Fill the center of each date with a small amount of peanut butter (you can use a pastry bag or a small spoon).
Right after, dip the dates one by one in the melted couverture.
Using 2 forks, remove them and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
While the couverture is melted, garnish with a sprinkle of nuts.
