Ingredients
- 4 medium eggs
- 65 g flour
- 120 ml fresh whole milk
- 30 g sugar
- 50 g Lurpak cow milk butter
- zest of half an orange
- vanilla
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 C fan.
In a large bowl, place all the ingredients, except the butter.
Mix well with a stick blender or hand whisk.
Then, place a 24-26 cm round baking pan in the oven to burn.
Right after, remove it from the oven and pour in the butter to melt.
Once the butter has melted, pour in the mixture, and bake for 15 minutes.
Finally, garnish with the ingredients of your choice.
