Ingredients for the dough
- 250 ml water
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dried yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Lurpak lighter spreadable butter with olive oil
Ingredients for the filling
- 100 g ARLA cream cheese
- 100 g ARLA mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ARLA hard cheese
Method for the filling
Place into a bowl the three types of cheese needed for the filling, and mix with a spoon, until the mixture comes together.
Method for the dough
In a mixer’s bowl, place all the ingredients and stir with the hook attachment, until it forms into a smooth dough.
Grease with butter a bowl, place in the dough, and seal with a piece of plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise in a warm place.
After the dough has risen, divide it into 6-8 equal parts.
Dust with flour on your working surface, and with a rolling pin spread out the dough parts and shape them round.
Spread on each one a small amount of the filling and close the cheese pies forming crescent-shaped pies. Press with a fork around the edges of each pie.
Grease a non-stick frying pan and place it over medium heat.
Place one by one the pies into the pan, until golden brown on both sides.
