Ingredients for the tart

  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 200 g LURPAK cow milk butter
  • 50 ml water
  • 5 g salt

Ingredients for the filling

  • 200 ml ARLA heavy cream
  • 200 g ARLA mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g ARLA Pasta Gratinar mix cheese
  • 100 g turkey ham
  • 4 medium eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

Method for the tart

In a mixer’s bowl, place the chilled butter, flour, and salt, and using the paddle attachment, beat them at medium to high speed. Beat until the mixture has a sandy consistency.

Right after, gradually pour the water in 2-3 batches, while beating until it turns into dough.

Afterwards, transfer the dough to a tart pan, and press down on it by hand to spread it evenly.

Method for the filling

In a bowl, add the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix with a hand whisk until completely homogenized.

Right after, place mozzarella cheese and mix cheese evenly all over the tart, and then place the turkey ham slices on top. Finally, pour the heavy cream-egg mixture all over the tart.

Bake in a preheated oven, on the middle oven rack, at 180 C fan, for about 30-35 minutes.
