Ingredients

  • 330 g all-purpose flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 ml seed oil
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 4 COSTA COFFEE espresso lungo
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • zest of half an orange

Method 

In a bowl, mix sugar with hot coffee, and stir with a hand whisk until sugar completely dissolves.

Next, gradually pour the seed oil, and right after adding the eggs, while whisking constantly.

Afterward, add the rest of the ingredients, and whisk until completely homogenized. Line a 25×35 baking pan with parchment paper, and then transfer the batter to it.

Finally, bake in a preheated oven, on the middle oven rack, at 180 C fan, for approximately 40 minutes.
