Ingredients

  • 1 lt fresh milk
  • 400 ml Arla heavy cream 36% fat
  • 220 g granulated sugar
  • 200 g glutinous rice
  • orange zest
  • cinnamon for topping

Method

Add all the ingredients to a pot, and place over high heat, while stirring continuously with a wooden ladle.

As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, lower heat, and keep stirring at regular intervals, for about 25-30 minutes.

Attention, it is important to stir continuously so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot.

As soon as the mixture begins to thicken, remove from the stove, cover it with the lid, and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.

Right after, serve the rice pudding in a bowl of your preference, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
