- 230 gr. self-raising flour
- 75 gr. ION cocoa
- 280 gr. sugar
- 320 ml full-fat fresh milk
- 100 gr. ION chocolate chips (optional)
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
Next, add the cocoa powder, which you've sifted beforehand, and continue mixing,
gradually adding the flour.
Optionally, add the chocolate chips and give it one final stir.
Pour the mixture into a long cake pan that has been greased and floured beforehand.
Bake in a preheated oven, in a conventional setting, at 170 C, for 40-45 minutes.
