Garlic Bread with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 140gr. cow’s butter Lurpak
  • 1 package of Pasta gratinar Arla
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bread roll

 

Method
In a pan, melt the butter over low heat.

Once melted, add the finely chopped garlic to the butter and increase the heat to let the
butter sizzle.

Once it sizzles, stir for a minute, and immediately remove from heat.

Take the bread roll and make deep cuts vertically and horizontally with a knife, being careful
not to cut through completely.

Using a brush, generously coat the entire bread roll with the melted butter, getting into the
cuts and on top of the roll.

Finally, by opening the cuts, fill the entire bread roll with the cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C, in air mode for about 15 minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped parsley-mint or any other herbs you prefer.
