Ingredients for the dough

  • 200 g whole grain flour
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g ION cocoa powder
  • 40 g honey
  • 1 packet dried yeast
  • 240 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Ingredients for the topping

  • ION NUCREMA 30% less sugar
  • fruits of your preference
  • nuts

Method

In a large bowl, combine water, honey, yeast, and 2-3 tablespoon of flour.

Then, stir well with a spoon and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes until yeast begins to foam.

After 10 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix by hand until a tight and firm dough forms.

Right after, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place, for at least half an hour.

When the dough has risen, divide it into 2 equal parts, and then stretch each part by hand in round shape as thick as you want.

Afterward, line a baking pan with parchment paper and then place the pizza dough into it. Bake in a preheated oven , on the middle oven rack, at 220 C fan, for about 10 minutes. You can bake the 2 pizzas at the same time in two different pans.

When the pizza dough is ready, remove from the oven, and while it is still hot spread the NUCREMA all over the surface. Then garnish with the ingredients of your preference.
