Ingredients
- 300gr. beef pastrami from Drama
- 50 ml seed oil
- 150 ml olive oil
- 60 ml balsamic cream
- 10gr. mustard
- 20 ml honey
- Arugula
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dried figs
- Mini radishes
- Sesame seeds
- Walnuts
Method
In a large bowl, combine the seed oil, olive oil, balsamic cream, mustard, honey, salt,
and pepper. Mix well with a whisk.
Wash the vegetables and cut the mini radishes and cherry tomatoes in half, and the
dried figs into small pieces. Grate the walnuts.
Next, in a large bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, mini radishes, dried figs,
and sesame seeds.
Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and toss with your hands.
Place a large hoop on the salad plate and arrange the salad around it.
Fill the inside of the hoop with the pastrami, shaping it evenly.
Finally, remove the hoop and sprinkle the salad with the grated walnuts.
