Ingredients
- 250 g small pasta type of your choice
- 30 g Lurpak butter
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 500 ml whole milk
- 200 g ARLA mozzarella cheese
- 200 g ARLA Pasta and Gratinar (pasta mix cheese)
- salt
- pepper
Method
In a saucepan with salted water add the pasta and boil for 2 minutes less than the instructions on the package.
In a small pot heat and sauté the butter, until melted, and then add salt and pepper. Add gradually the flour, while stirring constantly with a hand whisk.
When the ingredients are completely combined, add the milk in 3-4 batches while stirring vigorously. When the béchamel sauce is ready, remove from heat and add 150 g mozzarella cheese and 150 g mix cheese. Keep stirring, until it forms into a homogeneous and stretchy mixture.
Add into the béchamel/cheese mixture the drained pasta and mix by stirring.
Transfer to a 25×35 cm baking pan or pyrex and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C fan for around 20 minutes, until golden.
