Ingredients for the base
- 250 g biscuits of your choice
- 300 g peanut butter
- 200 g icing sugar
- 200 g cow milk butter
Ingredients for the coating
- 200 g ION PATISSERIE milk couverture
- 100 g peanut butter
Method for the base
Grind the biscuits in a food processor until powdered.
Then, mix them with the icing sugar, and right after, add the butter that we have just melted and the peanut butter.
Next, mix well with your hands and when the mixture is homogenized, spread it on a baking pan lined with non-stick paper.
Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Method for the coating
Over a bain-marie, melt the couverture with the peanut butter and mix until completely combined.
Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread the coating on top.
Finally, place in the refrigerator until frozen.
