Milk Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 80 gr. of your favorite biscuits
  • 50 gr. cream cheese
  • 50 gr. powdered sugar
  • 125 gr. ION milk chocolate

 

Method
In a bowl, place your crushed biscuits, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.

Mix them together with your hands until you have a dough-like consistency.

Immediately after, shape the mixture into balls of your desired size and place them
on a plate lined with non-stick paper.

Next, melt the ION milk chocolate in a double boiler (bain-marie).

Once the chocolate is melted, dip each truffle into it and use two forks to place them
back on the parchment paper.

Immediately after dipping, place the truffles in the refrigerator until they harden.
