Ingredients
- 500gr. All – purpose Flour
- 2tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 200gr. Cream Cheese Arla
- 150gr. Butter Lurpak
- 200gr. Fresh Spinach
- 300gr. Feta Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
For brushing
- One Εgg
- Optionally , a little sesame seeds
Method
In a large bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Melt the butter over low heat and add it along with the cream cheese and eggs.
Mix with your hands until a dough starts to form.
Finely chop the spinach and add it to the mixture along with the crumbled feta cheese.
Mix everything well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Shape the mixture into balls of the desired size and place them on a baking tray lined with
parchment paper.
Finally, brush them with a beaten egg mixed with a tablespoon of water, and optionally
sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C , in air mode , for about 25 minutes.
