Muffin with Greek Chorizo

Ingredients

  • 100gr. cow butter
  • 1 medium egg
  • 250gr. self-rising flour
  • 200ml cream 35% fat
  • 100gr. Kastorian kaniaki cheese
  • 3-4 slices of Drama sausage (Chorizo)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Method
In the mixer bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter with salt and pepper
until it softens well.

Continuing to mix, add the egg.

Immediately after, add the flour and the cream, and mix until a dough is formed.

Remove from the mixer and add the finely chopped chorizo and grated the Kastorian
kaniaki cheese.

Using two spoons, fill muffin cups and bake at 170 C, in air mode, for about 25
minutes.
