No-phyllo pie with soutzouki

Ingredients

  • 300 gr. All-purpose flour
  • 3 Medium eggs
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 200 ml Fresh milk
  • 150 gr. soutzouki
  • 150 gr. Chloromanoura from Kassos
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • semolina

 

Method
In a large bowl, mix the milk, olive oil, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper until the mixture
becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Finely chop the soutzouki and the cheese, and add them to the batter.

Pour the batter into a baking dish that has been greased and sprinkled with semolina.

Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C, in air mode, for about 30-35 minutes.
