Ingredients
- 500 gr. stale bread
- 200 ml fresh milk
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 1 package Pasta Gratinar Arla
- 1 package mozzarella Arla
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Optional: sliced air-dried salami
Method
Cut the stale bread into small pieces, approximately 2-3 cm in size.
Place the bread pieces in a bowl and pour in the fresh milk, tomato juice, salt,
pepper, and oregano.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients by hand.
Add the mozzarella to the mixture and mix one last time.
Line a baking dish (26-28 cm) with non-stick paper and pour in the prepared bread
mixture.
Spread a package of Pasta Gratinar on top and, if desired, add slices of air-dried salami.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C, in air mode, for approximately 25-27
minutes.
