Potato Pie with Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 80 ml milk
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 150 g grated hard cheese
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional herbs (oregano, spearmint, dried onion, etc.)

Method
Peel the potatoes and boil them for 20 minutes to half an hour (you do not want them to get
completely mushy).

Put the potatoes in a large bowl, after they have cooled slightly.

Right after, add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well with your hands.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

Bake in a preheated oven, at 170-180 C fan, for about 25-30 minutes.
