Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 200 ml Arla Protein drink (vanilla flavor)
- 100 gr. oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
In a pitcher, place all the ingredients and blend them with a hand blender.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium to high heat and lightly coat it with a little Lurpak butter.
Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and wait until you see some bubbles on the surface.
Right at that moment, flip the pancake.
Garnish with peanut butter and honey.
