Ingredients

  • 1 lt fresh full fat milk
  • 80 gr. fine semolina
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 100 gr. Lurpak cow butter
  • 2 packages Pasta Gratinar Arla
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Sesame

 

Method
In a saucepan, gently heat the milk (adding salt, pepper, and nutmeg).

Next, in a bowl, mix well with a whisk the eggs and semolina.

Once the milk has warmed up a bit, add about half of it to the bowl with the eggs,
stirring well with the whisk.

Immediately after, pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan and stir over
medium to high heat until the cream thickens.

Once the cream thickens, remove from heat, add the butter, and stir.

Finally, add the cheese and stir one last time.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and lightly semolina-dusted baking dish 20-22 cm.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C, in air mode,
for about 35-40 minutes.
