Ingredients
- 400 g Arla cream cheese
- 400 ml Arla 35% heavy cream
- 80 g icing sugar
- lemon zest
- 300 g snowball cookies
- Spoon sweet or jam of your preference
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, using the whisk attachment, mix the cream cheese with the icing sugar, until the cheese softens.
Right after, add the heavy cream and lemon zest, and mix on medium speed until it becomes a thick cream.
When the cream is ready, spread a layer of the snowball cookies in a bowl of your preference.
Then, spread a layer of the cream on top of them.
Follow the same process with the rest of the snowball cookies and cream.
Finally, garnish with jam or spoon sweet of your choice.
