Ingredients
- 125 g cow milk butter
- 1 medium egg
- 100 g icing sugar
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 125 g shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
While mixing constantly, add the egg and right after, add all the remaining ingredients.
Once the mixture has become a homogeneous dough, shape the dough into balls of the desired size.
After pressing them slightly, place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170C fan, for about 10 minutes.
