- 300 gr. all-purpose flour
- 165 gr. unsalted butter
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 70 ml water

Method for the tart
In the mixer bowl, using the whisk attachment, beat all the ingredients until a
homogeneous dough is formed.
Spread the dough in the tart pan and place it in the refrigerator until you prepare the

In a pitcher, combine the cream with the eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Remove the tart pan from the refrigerator and line the entire base with Kaniaki
Kastorian cheese. On top, layer the barrel-aged Kefalonia cheese.
Next, pour the cream mixture over the cheese.
Finally, sprinkle a bit of pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C , in air
mode for approximately 30 minutes.
