Ingredients
- 110 g cow milk butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g icing sugar
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g tahini
- 125 g ION classic couverture
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Method
In a mixer’s bowl, using the paddle attachment, mix the butter, tow kinds of sugar and tahini until light and fluffy.
Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix for one minute.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
Right after, line a baking pan with parchment paper, shape the dough into cookies and place them on it.
Bake in a preheated oven, at 170 C fan, for about 11 minutes.
