Τahini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 20 ml Cognac
  • 250 gr. Tahini
  • 250 gr. Sugar
  • 300 gr. Self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Zest from one orange
  • 100 gr. Couverture chocolate chips ION
  • A little oil and flour for the baking pan

 

Method
In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, cognac, tahini, and sugar, and mix with a
whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Continue by adding the flour, orange zest, and cinnamon, and mix until the mixture is
homogeneous.

Finally, add the couverture chocolate drops and mix well with a spatula.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been greased and dusted with flour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180C, in air mode , for about 40-45 minutes.
