Ingredients
- 100 gr. Butter
- 80 gr. Sugar
- 1 Medium egg
- 170 gr. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 100 gr. Couverture chocolate chips ION
Method
Melt the butter over low heat and pour it into a bowl along with the sugar.
Stir with a whisk to dissolve the sugar.
While continuing to stir, add the egg.
Finally, add all the remaining ingredients and mix until a homogeneous dough is
formed.
Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Immediately after, divide the dough and make 4 large balls with it.
Place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and press them lightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C, in air mode, for about 15 minutes.
